Customize your form

Add a header image#

  1. At the top of the form builder page, click Form Settings. A panel should open.
  2. Click Upload File and select a file from your computer.
  3. Click Save.

Change your colour theme#

  1. At the top of the form builder page, click Form Settings. A panel should open.
  2. Select a colour from the palette.
  3. Click Save.

Set a custom confirmation message#

  1. At the top of the form builder page, click Form Settings. A panel should open.
  2. Replace the default confirmation message with your custom note.
  3. Click Save.
